About HaHaHelps
HaHaHelps is a complement to clinical services—not a replacement. We work alongside counsellors and social workers, extend reach to youth who don’t engage with traditional care, and create warm “on-ramps” to help-seeking.
In our workshops, participants engage in improv, play, and psychoeducation to help build resilience, process adversity, and bring joy back into the room.
By providing training globally, the goal of HaHaHelps is to champion communities to run workshops themselves.
No five-year waitlists. No $200/hour therapy. Just connection, laughter, and tools that work.
